Welcome to your relaxing getaway! This fully-updated and year-round WATERFRONT cottage is located in the Muskoka/Georgian bay region. It overlooks 1.1 acres of land and has 400 feet of waterfront. It is on a lake called little lake (despite its misnomer, it is not little!). Little Lake is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway, allowing you to enjoy miles of boating in many pristine Ontario water bodies including Gloucester Pool, Big Chute, Georgian Bay and more! This cottage has all the features to make you feel right at home as it provides stunning lake views with numerous walk-outs to upper and lower decks. It is a wonderful vacation destination that can entertain the family or a group of friends. There is a lot to do at Little Lake Haven all year round. During the summer days you can enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing, kayaking, water sport activities, and more! In the evenings you can sit by the fire, star gaze and roast marshmallows. For your leisure, two kayaks are included and there is a swingset (slides and swings) available in the backyard for children.
During the colder winter season you can go ice fishing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, skiing, and snowboarding. This beautiful cottage is just seconds from the ATV and snowmobiling trails! Came up here for Family Day and was able to check out the Mount St. Louis Moonstone with my family. Spent time on the slopes. Close for the family to enjoy. The cottage was large and clean. Great spot

The property was absolutely amazing! The cottage was beautifully decorated and the waterfront was perfect for playing games, fishing and evening fires. So much attention to detail in the cottage which makes it so easy to make yourself right at home. Our kids absolutely loved the large property this cottage was on. Little Lake was a true gem of a getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake and the serene surroundings. The cottage itself was not only charming but also exceptionally clean and well-equipped.
The owner, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. THeir responsiveness to our questions and requests was impressive, and their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.
We spent our days lounging near the lake, taking in the picturesque scenery, and enjoying the firepit.

From the beginning stages of planning our stay this team was very accommodating to our needs and quick to respond. Upon arrival the cottage surpassed our expectations, with the environment warm yet spacious! All rooms were spotless and well laid out. Bathrooms and kitchen were fresh and well stocked, little details did not go unnoticed! Kids enjoyed the large back yard and the addition of the swingset in the back. All guests slept well, lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Location was very easy to get to from the GTA. They made it very easy to communicate if we had any questions or concerns. All guests agreed that we would definitely love to stay here again!

This cottage was exactly what we were hoping for – well laid out with space for hanging out with our group or having quiet time. The property is extremely large and our kids had a blast running around. The swingset was a bonus for them! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean as a whistle. The lake is peaceful and perfect for kids to explore – there are several uninhabited small islands to visit. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage. The large deck offers a beautiful vista and a great space to unwind. The kitchen has everything a cook could need, and the living and bedroom areas are spacious. All mattress are new and in great condition. We enjoyed bbqing in the evening and playing one of the many games and dvds they had on hand. We were there the first week in June and the lake was perfectly cool and lovely to swim in with little to no bugs. The cottage is well thought out, with every amenity a cottage could have. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this cottage to friends, family and couples

Our week at the cottage couldn’t have been better. Our hosts provided lots of information, the cottage was super well equipped and even the weather cooperated most days! Our family enjoyed so much time at the water fishing, kayaking around the lake and swimming right off the dock. The lake is quiet and never felt loud or busy. On the day it rained, we were comfortable inside with plenty of board games and movies to pass the time together. The friendly squirrels, chipmunks and hummingbirds became familiar and we enjoyed our coffee on the deck daily with them nearby. This cottage was a fabulous little haven for us to destress and enjoy time together as a family. Thanks for a great week – we hope to come back again soon!

Our first stay here- but not our last!!! We were there for the holidays in December. As soon as we walked in- the cottage screamed cozy and clean. The house is so comfortable from the seating to the beds. Stocked with everything you need and everything is so efficient. The views out were incredible. Great road for walking. Great kitchen table with lots of seating- perfect for meals and games. It was so peaceful and relaxing and perfect for our family. The team were available for any and all questions and responded immediately. It is a home away from home.

We rented this place for two weeks in August. Our stay was fantastic. The cottage is clean, comfortable and very well stocked with supplies. The lake and property are perfect for kids, and because the lake is calm and shallow it also works for well for less seasoned swimmers. There are kayaks available for use with plenty of life jackets. Much wildlife around the cottage and surrounding area, plus loons calling in the mornings. We had great weather most of the time, but even on rainy days there was plenty to do inside (games, puzzles, etc). The swingset on the property was a bonus. We set up lots of outdoor games for our kids to play in the large yard. The property managers are very responsive and reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was fantastic. This was our first time renting from Palatium. They were wonderful to deal with. Right from the start they replied to all our questions and concerns. Our stay at this cottage this holiday season couldn’t have been better. It included so many amenities and gave us such a homey, cozy feel. On top of that, it was super clean. For a winter cottage, we weren’t expecting so many fun activities there, but it totally exceeded our expectations! Our favourites were definitely going to all the local trails (walking and snowmobiling), for our adventure loving family and enjoying the waterfront view. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic cottage! My family came here for thanksgiving/birthday celebration and we had the BEST time. Everything was so clean and well kept we loved it. The fireplace was our favourite gathering spot (second after that was the fire pit and third the dinner table). The cottage was so cozy and yet so spacious. Plenty of room in the kitchen + family room.
We even got to go swimming (the brave ones)! Rachelle was an amazing host, checking in with us and being available to answer questions. It’s so worth the price and we are absolutely looking forward to coming back sometime if possible. Anyone looking for a great place to relax/work away from the city – this is the place.

We planned a weekly vacation at this nice cottage to enjoy summer. It has a very convenient location and can be a perfect fit for 4 families. We were 8 adults and 4 kids and everybody enjoyed our time there. The cottage is well-equipped, clean and has a large property. Kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and had a blast with the swingset. The owner provides very detailed guidance including some tips about the area and its attractions. After such a positive experience we will be glad to come back and enjoy it again. This cottage was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious cottage and beautiful waterfront views. The move in was easy; Everything was there and all we had to do was our grocery run. We stayed for a week and we were never bored with all the activities to do. Property managers were great during the whole process and were readily available if we had any questions. This cottage was a real pleasure to stay in! The cottage was modern and clean inside with updated furniture, bedding and decor. The kitchen had everything you could have needed to prepare a meal. This was probably one of the most spacious and beautiful cottages we have ever been to. We do an annual family cottage trip and this was the first time we tried Little Lake Haven. It had a large space both inside and out and was well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had so much room to do what we enjoyed.
