This waterfront cottage is a cozy cottage that has beautiful views over the lake with a large flat land that is great for your little ones. It has a gradual entry into the water and is great for swimming. Its expansive views over the water are what will make your summer getaway so memorable. It is on a lake that is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway allowing you to enjoy miles of pristine boating on various different lakes in Ontario. It has a firepit right by the water allowing you to sit with your guests and enjoy a campfire at night with some s'mores.
Once you enter the cottage, you will feel at home. It has an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a walkout to the large deck with a BBQ that will be great to host you and your guests as you overlook the water. It will have a flat screen TV for your entertainment and has a pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen will come equipped with your basic requirements to make a home cooked meal.
It is conveniently located close to nearby amenities, Highway 400, Barrie, Midland and Orillia!
There are a number of items that the cottage is equipped with to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as it can possibly be! There are linens, BBQ, dishes, coffee maker, and so much more!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place deserved one. The view from the deck was where we ended up spending most of our time, and the cottage had everything we needed without feeling overdone. It was comfy, peaceful, and just a really nice place to slow down for a few days.

We’ve stayed at Eva’s Escape three summers in a row now, and it has become one of our favourite family traditions. The kids look forward to swimming all day, while we love relaxing by the water with a coffee in the morning. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back.

We went to Evas escape for a week. The cottage is amazing and the location is really beautiful. The cottage is equipped with all you need for a perfect escape. The landscapes and the lake are gorgeous. Undoubtedly, one of the best places for spending a peaceful getaway with family or friends. 100% recommended.

I had an amazing time at this cottage. The ambiance was great, very clean, amazing waterfront views and spacious accommodation. I’ve been to a few cottages in my time but this cottage here was like no other. All of the amenities were great to use, and the cottage was clean and great for swimming. Definitely a nice community and an amazing cottage.

We had a fantastic stay at Evas Escape. Cottage was very clean and well equipped you don’t need anything but your groceries!!! Love the fact that the bedding is provided. Our kids loved swimming on the dock and fishing. Very beautiful spot and much needed after COVID!

Super clean, cozy and great view. Flat property was great for our little ones. We brought our boat and spent days on the boat and nights fishing and by the campfire. Coming back next year!

Great location and great views! Was only an hour and a half away from our place in the city. Kids loved it, and jumping off the dock for swimming. Great team to deal with and all around super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
